CCMS is a family business, with Jose Ceballos as president and Geanette Ceballos as vice president, since 2005. Motivated by family values our accomplishments allow CCMS to stay focused on strategy, with flexibility to quickly and decisively commit to action the needs of our customers. Our home team includes John Ceballos, project management; Emily Ceballos, administrative support, and Matthew Ceballos, project support.

Jose Ceballos, President of CCMS, has over thirty years of experience in the construction and facilities maintenance services industry. His projects have included; management, business development, operations and maintenance, repair, and service/preventative maintenance programs on numerous long-term IDIQ contracts. Jose brings with him the ability to manage multiple disciplines of a project such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, structural, painting and interior finishes. Customers include US Air Force, Navy, Army, Coast Guard, and GSA.

Our experience includes developing Technical, Management, and Pricing proposals for Janitorial/Custodial services, Base Operational Support Services (BOSS), Facilities Support Services (FSS), Facilities Maintenances, Operations and Maintenance (O&M), Military Family Housing Maintenance (MFH), Independent Delivery Independent Quantity (IDIQ) contracts, Job Order Contracts (JOC), Multi-trade contracts, renovations, construction and much more.
